Is NATURALATH suitable for my skin type?
NATURALATH products are gentle, natural, and nourishing — and suitable for use on all skin types. As everyone’s skin is different, some may find it helpful to perform a patch test before first use.
Are NATURALATH products vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely — and always will be. NATURALATH is cruelty-free, vegan skincare.
Do NATURALATH products contain parabens, phthalates, sulphates, synthetic colours or synthetic fragrances?
No. NATURALATH products are free from parabens, phthalates, sulphates, synthetic colours and synthetic fragrances.
Our products contain naturally derived ingredients.
Do NATURALATH products have an expiry date?
Our products have an expiry date of six months within opening. We recommend you use before this date, so our nourishing, natural ingredients can do their best work.
Where is NATURALATH made?
NATURALATH products are made and manufactured in Australia. Just like you, we’re in love with Australian-made natural skincare.
Is the packaging eco-friendly?
We’re doing our part to keep your skin, and our earth, clean and fresh. Our skincare products are thoughtfully and purposefully packaged. Where possible, we have chosen our packaging in the interest of remaining minimal and sustainable, just as we strive to do across all aspects of our business.
We use recyclable mailing boxes and product bottles. The NATURALATH branded tissue paper and stickers are also recyclable.
Does NATURALATH ship worldwide?
Currently, we only ship within Australia.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders, plus a $12 option for express shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes — a tracking number is issued for each order, so you’ll know when your NATURALATH goodies are due to arrive at your door.
Who ships my order?
NATURALATH ships via Australia Post. See the Australia Post website for estimated delivery times, as well as updated information on possible delays in the network.
I ordered NATURALATH products, now what?
Get excited! You’re about to indulge in natural, nourishing skincare, crafted with intention for an active lifestyle. Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation containing your order receipt.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days.
Can I return my NATURALATH order?
